Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

At APMS Facility, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information of our clients, employees, and website users. This policy explains how we operate and what is expected from both parties in our service engagement.

2. Scope of Services

APMS Facility provides trained and verified manpower on a contractual or outsourcing basis to corporate clients and B2B entities. Our categories include:

  • Housekeeping Staff
  • Security Guards
  • Sales Executives
  • Office Runners
  • Delivery Bikers
  • Pantry & Utility Staff
  • Plumbers
  • Electricians
  • Labour and helpers for factory
  • Horticulture Services
  • Vendor code management systems
  • Hotel and accommodation services

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clearly define their manpower requirements in writing.
  • Provide a safe and lawful working environment.
  • Not engage APMS-provided staff in activities outside the agreed scope of work.
  • Avoid direct hiring of manpower without written consent from APMS Facility.
  • Pay agreed service fees on time as per the invoice terms.

4. Manpower Responsibilities

  • Follow the instructions of the client within the scope of assigned duties.
  • Maintain discipline, decorum, and punctuality at the workplace.
  • Refrain from any misconduct, illegal activity, or breach of contract.
  • Report to APMS Facility in case of any grievance or dispute with the client.

5. Service Agreement and Duration

  • Services are offered on a contractual basis as per mutual agreement.
  • Either party may terminate the agreement with advance written notice (typically 30 days).
  • Early termination without notice may be subject to cancellation charges.

6. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment only.
  • Clients agree to pay manpower and service charges as per agreed rates and schedule.
  • Payments should be made within 7 days of the invoice date.
  • Delays may result in penalties or suspension of services.

7. Compliance and Legal Obligations

  • APMS Facility complies with all applicable labor laws, ESI, PF, and statutory obligations.
  • Clients must not assign manpower to unlawful or unsafe activities.
  • Legal liability for misuse of manpower rests with the defaulting party.

8. Confidentiality

All parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared information, client business processes, and employee data. No confidential data shall be disclosed to third parties without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • APMS Facility will not be liable for any damage, loss, or theft caused after personnel are assigned to the client.
  • No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, disasters).

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services to any client or staff member for:

  • Breach of contract
  • Misconduct or illegal activities
  • Non-payment or violation of agreed terms

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation.

12. Amendments

APMS Facility reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website or shared via email.
